Self Serve Entity Status Letter

Entities eligible for the Entity Status Letter include Corporations and Limited Liability Companies. We do not issue Entity Status Letters for Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Partnerships, or General Partnerships. Partnerships may obtain a Certificate of Status from the Office of the Secretary of State at sos.ca.gov.
