You can use this service to report tax fraud or evasion.
  • You can’t save your report or exit and return to a previous report.
  • If you’re submitting a second report, select the "Additional" box at the beginning of the report and enter your referral number or the name of the person or business you reported.
  • When you submit the report, you’ll receive a confirmation window with a reference number. Keep your confirmation number or print the confirmation page.
