What you need to know before you begin
Your amount due must be less than $25,000.
Your can pay the amount in 60 months or less.
Your
bank account information.
Penalties and interest continue to accrue until the balance is paid in full.
It may take up to 90 days to process your payment plan request. During that time, you should make manual payments to reduce penalties and interest.
If approved there is $34 plan fee, which will be added to your balance due.
